RVs require constant upkeep. There are yearly chores that need to happen to prevent damage from sun, and wind, and especially water. Nothing can do damage to an RV like water intrusion from a roof vent, skylight, window frame, or vent.

- Inspection and caulking of window and door seals.
- Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of lead acid batteries.
- Descaling of hot water heater.
- Cleaning of black and gray tanks.
- Cleaning and disinfecting fresh water tanks.
- Replacement of awning and slide topper fabric.
- Inspection and replacement of exterior lights.
- Lubrication of slide mechanisms, awning mechanisms, and entry steps.
- Inspection and cleaning of slide out seals.
- Cleaning of air conditioner cooling fins and ductwork.
